SwiingMe provides on-demand pickup and delivery services. To protect our customers, drivers, recipients, businesses, and the public, certain items may not be transported through the SwiingMe platform. By requesting a delivery, the customer confirms that the item being submitted for transportation complies with applicable laws and this policy.
SwiingMe will not knowingly transport any item whose possession, transportation, distribution, or delivery is prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Illegal drugs or controlled substances; stolen property; counterfeit currency; illegally obtained goods; contraband; and items intended to facilitate unlawful activity.
SwiingMe does not accept firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, or other weapons for ordinary on-demand delivery.This includes firearm components or other regulated weapon-related items where transportation would require licensing, authorization, specialized handling, or regulatory compliance that has not been expressly approved by SwiingMe.
Customers may not submit hazardous or dangerous materials for ordinary SwiingMe delivery.These include, but are not limited to:Explosives; highly flammable materials; toxic or corrosive chemicals; radioactive materials; biohazardous materials; infectious substances; compressed gases; and any material that may present an unreasonable risk to the driver, recipient, vehicle, property, or public.
SwiingMe will not knowingly transport stolen, counterfeit, pirated, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unlawfully possessed property.Customers requesting delivery represent that they have the lawful right or authorization to possess and transport the item.
Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, and other age-restricted products may be subject to federal, state, and local restrictions concerning transportation, delivery, licensing, and age verification.Unless SwiingMe has specifically established and authorized a compliant delivery program for such products, these items are not accepted for delivery.
Prescription medications, controlled substances, certain medical devices, biological materials, specimens, and other regulated healthcare items may require specialized authorization, handling, documentation, or delivery procedures.Such items are not accepted through ordinary SwiingMe delivery unless specifically authorized by SwiingMe under an applicable compliant delivery program.
SwiingMe does not accept live animals through its ordinary delivery service.Items derived from endangered or legally protected wildlife are prohibited when their possession or transportation violates applicable law.
Human remains, body parts, organs, blood, biological specimens, infectious materials, and similar regulated materials are prohibited from ordinary SwiingMe delivery unless specifically authorized under an appropriate specialized service.
Cash, negotiable instruments, certain financial documents, precious metals, jewelry, gemstones, and exceptionally high-value items may be restricted or excluded from ordinary SwiingMe delivery.SwiingMe may establish value limits or require additional authorization for certain high-value deliveries.
SwiingMe will not knowingly transport material whose possession or distribution is unlawful.Any material involving sexual exploitation of minors or other illegal sexual content is strictly prohibited.
SwiingMe may refuse any item that is improperly packaged, leaking, contaminated, excessively fragile, excessively heavy, oversized, unsafe to transport, or otherwise likely to damage a vehicle, other property, or create an unreasonable safety risk.
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the contents, nature, approximate size, and any relevant handling requirements of items submitted for delivery.Customers must not intentionally conceal, misrepresent, or falsely describe an item in order to obtain delivery of something prohibited or restricted under this policy.The person requesting the delivery is responsible for ensuring that the item may lawfully be possessed, transported, and delivered between the pickup and drop-off locations.
Customers and/or the pickup party are responsible for ensuring that items are appropriately packaged and reasonably secured for ordinary transportation before being released to a SwiingMe driver. SwiingMe may refuse to transport an item when its packaging or condition presents a safety risk or makes reasonable transportation impractical.
SwiingMe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate a delivery when it reasonably believes that an item:Violates this policy; violates applicable law; was materially misrepresented; presents a safety or security concern; requires authorization or specialized handling that has not been provided; or otherwise cannot reasonably be transported through the SwiingMe service.Where appropriate, SwiingMe may request additional information concerning an item before accepting or continuing a delivery.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to items submitted for transportation.Acceptance of a delivery request by SwiingMe does not constitute confirmation that an item is lawful to possess, transport, or deliver.
SwiingMe may take appropriate action when this policy is violated, including refusing or canceling a delivery, restricting access to the platform, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities when required by applicable law.SwiingMe reserves the right to update this policy and to restrict additional categories of items when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, insurance requirements, or operational considerations.
